[NO PHYSICAL TAPE: Label unaccompanied by physical tape is available in collection's file folder] One Day International Artist's Festival Held in New York City's Harbor National Park. / Charlotte Moorman presents the 12th Avant Garde Festival of New York, which this year is dedicated to New York City: a city in trouble. / The works of 500 artists from 25 countries are represented in this one day celebration. Charlotte Morrman, who conceived and organized this annual event, speaks with Ann McMillan. Both are participants. Besides music projects descriptions are projects in dance, video, film, helicopter art, painting and other crafts and arts. / David Behrman, Ono and John Lennon, Nam June Paik, Marilyn Wood, Bob Wood are among the many whose works are mentioned. / Also, Mr. Thomas Stokes, Associate Director of Friends of the Earth, is heard. This is one of many organizations and individuals who have helped the Avant Garde Festival of New York.
