Biographical Note: Founded in 1994, Chocolate Soul began as the famed Thursday music jam sessions at the Yin Yang café with Atlanta’s most popular jazz/funk/hip-hop band “The Chronicle.” Known for introducing and helping to launch the careers of many of Atlanta’s well known and popular soul, rock, and hip-hop artists, Chocolate Soul MusicFest became the staple for artists to present new material, perform for A&R executives and to introduce new music concepts to Atlanta’s music and artistic communities.
