Biographical Note: Carola C. Reuben was the publisher and editor of Atlanta's bilingual Hispanic community newspaper, Mundo Hispanico for 12 years, and owner/president of Latino Sounds, which began as an agency for local Latino bands in Georgia. It grew into an agency that brought famous Mexican bands on tour throughout the eastern U.S.
