Biographical Note: Robert A. Hilliard (MA, University of Georgia, 1978) is a retired marketing research executive and former professional baseball club owner, who developed and built Skylands Park baseball stadium and recreation complex in Sussex County, New Jersey. He is also the author of the book The Circus is in Town, A Baseball Odyssey (Outskirts Press, Parker, CO, 2016).
