Athens Tango Project: Oblivion
Athens Tango Project's first single. A rendition of Astor Piazzolla's Oblivion. The release features Laura Camacho on bass, John Cooper on viola, and Benjamin Pozo on piano. It was recorded live at Covenant Prebyterian Church, all mixed and mastered by Asher Hill. The piece was originally written by Astor Piazzolla. According to the group,  "Oblivion to us embodies overwhelming beauty within melancholy, and the physical and emotional aspects of managing to move forward while we carry that past within us".
