Biographical Note: Don Hatcher was a television news reporter. He was born October 22, 1950 in Wichita, Kansas and died on July 1, 2015. He worked for twenty years at the WXIA-TV (11Alive) Rome, Georgia Bureau. He was active in the community where he produced The Wolf Cry for Rome City Schools and helped start the Can-A-Thon in Rome. He was instrumental in starting the video department at Georgia Northwestern.
